REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancelling a Confirmed Booking
    A 24-hour prior notice for rescheduling is free but no refunds for a booked slot is acceptable, a short notice of less than 24-hours for cancellation/rescheduling will result in forfeit of advance paid during the time of booking.
  2. Tournaments & Events: Whole-day bookings or large event reservations require a One-Week notice.
  3. Rain/Natural Calamities: If the turf is unplayable due to rain, we typically reschedule your slot for a future date if the booking was done for a week-day/ week-end rather than issuing a refund.( please note if date chosen is a week-end slot, the slot booked/ lost was a week-day the rates as per week-end would be applicable)
  4. Refunds are generally processed back via online no cash transactions are entertained for refunds at the venue.When you interact with us, we may collect your name, address, email address(es), telephone number(s), and, where appropriate, date of birth.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Refunds are applicable only if the cancellation is made at least 6 hours prior to the game time.
  2. A 5% service fee will be deducted from the refundable amount for all eligible cancellations.
  3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 6 hours before the game or outside the time frame specified by the venue.

Refund Processing

  1. Refunds are processed on the next business dayafter a valid cancellation request is received.
  2. The credited amount will reflect in your account within 2–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
