These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Blaze Turf website, online booking services, and all sports facilities, events, coaching sessions, tournaments, memberships, and related services offered by M/S NIV Sports (“Blaze Turf”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website, creating a booking, entering our premises, or using any of our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on this website.
Bookings, Payments and Cancellations
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful payment or confirmation by Blaze Turf, wherever applicable. Booking charges, membership fees, coaching fees, tournament registrations, and other service charges are displayed at the time of booking and may be revised without prior notice. Players are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled slot. Late arrivals will not automatically extend the booking duration, and unused time due to late reporting may be forfeited. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests shall be governed by Blaze Turf’s Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
Facility Usage and Player Responsibilities
Blaze Turf is committed to providing a safe, competitive, and enjoyable sporting environment. All users are expected to use the facilities responsibly and strictly for their intended sporting purpose. Appropriate sports attire and suitable footwear must be worn while using the playing surfaces. Users shall comply with all venue rules, operational guidelines, and instructions issued by Blaze Turf staff. Any behavior that is unsafe, abusive, disruptive, illegal, discriminatory, or likely to damage the facilities, equipment, or experience of other users may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund and may lead to suspension or permanent restriction from future bookings.
Health, Safety and Personal Liability
Participation in football, cricket, badminton, pickleball, and other sporting activities involves inherent physical risks. By using Blaze Turf’s facilities, users confirm that they are medically fit to participate and voluntarily accept all risks associated with sporting activities. Blaze Turf, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, or medical emergency arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Users are encouraged to exercise appropriate care and obtain personal medical or accident insurance where considered necessary.
Property, Equipment and Conduct
Users are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings while on the premises. Blaze Turf shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Any damage caused to the turf, courts, sports equipment, lighting systems, nets, seating, washrooms, parking areas, or any other property due to negligence, misuse, or intentional acts may result in recovery of repair or replacement costs from the responsible individual or group. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, glass containers, and any activity that compromises safety or cleanliness are strictly prohibited within the premises.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content available on the Blaze Turf website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, trademarks, branding elements, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to M/S NIV Sports unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without prior written permission. Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, or engage in any activity that may compromise its security or functionality.
Events, Photography, Operational Changes and Force Majeure
Blaze Turf may organise tournaments, leagues, coaching programmes, corporate events, promotional campaigns, and community activities from time to time. During such activities, photographs and videos may be captured for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. By participating in activities at Blaze Turf, users consent to the reasonable use of such content unless they specifically notify management otherwise. Blaze Turf reserves the right to modify operating hours, pricing, facilities, scheduled events, or bookings due to maintenance, weather conditions, safety requirements, government directives, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where appropriate, affected bookings may be rescheduled or handled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
Amendments, Governing Law and Contact
Blaze Turf reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Revised Terms shall become effective upon publication on this website, and continued use of the website or facilities shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the website or Blaze Turf’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
